Understanding your sales is a key element of growing your business. The analytics tab provides you with the ability to view your sales performance whenever you’d like, as well as receive a weekly report.
The Admin Page analytics tab provides a sales overview with key insights on Dutchie E-Commerce performance, including product breakdown (percentage and sales), performance (percentage and dollar amount), average order size, and top Seller within the specified date range.
Go to Dutchie E-Commerce Admin and navigate to Analytics to access these features.
Deactivate reports
Go to Settings > My Account > Weekly Reports
Past reports are currently not accessible to users.
Menu score
Only the three lowest-scoring (less than 5.0) menu categories are displayed for Menu Score feedback. If only two categories exist with a score below 5.0, then you'll only see those two categories. If the dispensary has a perfect 5.0 menu score (all categories have 5.0s), then the message will read, "You're killing it with your menu. Keep up the great work!"
