Create a test order in Dutchie E-Commerce

Dutchie E-Commerce admin users can place test orders to check functionality, train employees, and double-check taxes. Learn how in this article.

Things to know

  • Test orders made from the Preview Store view will appear with the letter T after them. For example: 69420-T.
  • Dutchie E-Commerce Support will not call the store to confirm or process test orders.
  • Test orders will be excluded from Dutchie E-Commerce Analytics.

Create a test order in Dutchie E-Commerce

  1. Go to the Preview Store link on the dispensary admin page.
  2. Add items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. Fill out the required information.
  4. Click Place Order.
