Learn how to turn on or disable auto-subscribe to promotional emails and text messages from Dutchie E-Commerce.

  • By default, Dutchie E-Commerce auto-subscribes your customers to your promotional emails if they click the Save my info for next time option during checkout.

How auto-subscribe to promotional email works

When the auto-subscribe to promotional emails is enabled, any customers checking out as guests will be presented with a checkbox during checkout prompting them to Subscribe to marketing emails and text messages from this dispensary.

Customers must also check the Save my info for next time checkbox to create a Dutchie E-Commerce account.

Disable auto-subscribe to promotional emails

If you'd like to disable the auto-subscribe and remove all currently subscribed customers from your email list, reach out to your Customer Success Manager. Customers will be prompted to check a subscription box to opt-in to your promotional emails and text messages instead of auto-subscribe.

If your customer already has a Dutchie E-Commerce account and is logged in at checkout, they must click Edit in the Customer section, click the subscription checkbox, and Save.
