Learn how to process orders with Greenline and Dutchie E-Commerce.
With Greenline and Dutchie E-Commerce's order sync, the order fulfillment process can be streamlined. Ask your Dutchie E-Commerce Customer Success Manager or Dutchie Support to help set up order sync to push orders directly from Dutchie E-Commerce to Greenline.
Process an order with Greenline and Dutchie E-Commerce
1. To process an order with Greenline integrated with Dutchie E-Commerce, Make sure to tap Confirm next to the new order on your Dutchie E-Commerce Terminal.
2. In your Greenline dashboard to Sales > Parked Sales. The new order will automatically appear in your Greenline dashboard, as well as your POS's Parked Sales with the “Order Placed” status.
Note: Since these orders are NOT prepaid, these orders go to the POS so they still can be rung up. Fulfillment of the order is managed in the Parked Sales queue within the Greenline dashboard, then tendered at the POS.
3. Gather all items in the order and change the status in your Greenline dashboard to “Ready for Pickup” for pickup orders or “Out for delivery” for delivery orders.
4. When you adjust the status in Greenline, it is automatically updated to “Ready for Pickup” or “In Transit” on Dutchie E-Commerce. A text or email notification is sent to your customer indicating the order is ready for pickup or on its way for delivery.
5. Tender the order in your Greenline POS. Once the transaction is complete, the order should be moved into Completed status in the Greenline Parked Sales queue.
6. Orders will automatically move to Past Orders on your Dutchie E-Commerce admin Orders page upon completion in Greenline.
