Process orders with Greenline and Merrco integrations
When you accept Merrco credit card payments on Dutchie E-Commerce with Greenline POS, the order fulfillment process can be streamlined. Ask your Dutchie E-Commerce Account Manager to help set up order sync to push orders directly from Dutchie E-Commerce to Greenline.
1. To process an order with Greenline and Merrco integrated with Dutchie E-Commerce, tap Confirm the new order on your Dutchie E-Commerce Terminal.
2. Log in to your Greenline dashboard and navigate to Sales > Parked Sales. The new order will automatically appear in your Parked Sales with the “Order Placed” status.
3. Any orders that have been pre-paid using Merrco as the payment type will appear with a “Paid” indicator under “Dutchie” in the Order column, and the last four digits of the credit card will appear in the “Notes” line of the order’s Payment Details.
4. Orders using cash as the payment type will appear with “Dutchie” in the Order column without the “Paid” indicator.
5. Any discounts or fees applied at checkout on Dutchie E-Commerce will appear in the Greenline order.
6. Gather all items in the order and change the status in your Greenline dashboard to “Ready for Pickup” for pickup orders or “Out for delivery” for delivery orders.
7. When you adjust the status in Greenline, it is automatically updated to “Ready for Pickup” or “In Transit” on Dutchie E-Commerce. A text message is sent to your customer indicating the order is ready for pickup or on its way for delivery.
8. To complete an order with cash as the payment type, locate the order in your “Parked Sales,” pull up the customer’s cart, and complete the order in Greenline. Upon completing the order in Greenline, the items will be removed from your inventory and the Parked Sale will be removed from your list.
9. For orders that have been pre-paid using Merrco, the order is automatically created in Greenline and the inventory is removed at the time the order is placed. Locate the order in your Greenline dashboard under “Parked Sales” and change the order status to “Completed.”
Note: Unpaid orders using cash as the payment type will appear on your Greenline iPad. Pre-paid orders are only visible through your Greenline dashboard.
10. Orders will automatically move to “Past Orders” on your Dutchie E-Commerce admin Orders page upon completion in Greenline.
