Use the Admin Reporting tool in Dutchie Ecommerce
The Reporting tab in Dutchie Ecommerce admin acts as the hub for exporting key information out of Dutchie Ecommerce and into CSV files. There are two types of reports - Orders and Customers.
Orders Report
Set your filters so that you pull exactly the information you're looking for. You can filter by:
- order status
- order type
- menu type
- date the order was placed
Once you've chosen your filters, click Generate Report.
You'll receive an email with a link to download the CSV file containing your report. This typically takes a few minutes, depending on the size of the file. The report includes:

Customers Report
The Customers Report gives you valuable insights into the specific customers who have placed an order with your dispensary in a particular timeframe.
You can filter this export by:

- All

- 18 - 24 yrs
- 25 - 34 yrs
- 35 - 44 yrs
- 45 - 54 yrs
- 55 - 64 yrs
- 65 and over

Subscribed
- Yes: Exports only users who have Email Opt-in set to true
- No: Exports only users who have Email Opt-in set to false
- All: Exports all users
Once you've chosen your filters, click Generate Report.

Customer Types
The Customers Report includes the following Customer Types:
- Guest: Customers who haven't created a login for Dutchie Ecommerce. These users may not have email addresses in the report because the default settings do not require an email address.
- User/Logged In: Customers who have a login for Dutchie Ecommerce.
- Imported: Customers that were imported on your behalf by Dutchie Support.
- Manually Added: These are customers that you've added manually in the Customers table.
