Use the Admin Reporting tool in Dutchie Ecommerce

The Reporting tab in Dutchie Ecommerce admin acts as the hub for exporting key information out of Dutchie Ecommerce and into CSV files. There are two types of reports: Orders and Customers.

Generate an Orders report

  1. Set filters to pull the information you're looking for. You can filter by:
    • order status
    • order type
    • menu type
    • date the order was placed
  2. Once you've chosen your filters, click Generate Report.
  3. You'll receive an email with a link to the CSV file containing your report.

What's included in your Orders report?

Note: If you see a delivery address on a pickup order, that is because the customer entered a city or address when they started their order but then chose pickup instead of delivery.
 

Generate a Customers report

The Customers Report gives you valuable insights into the specific customers who have placed an order with your dispensary in a particular timeframe. For example, you could use this report to pull a list of all customer email addresses, whether they've opted in to receiving emails, and details about their past orders.

  1. Set filters to pull the information you're looking for. You can filter by:
    • Customer Type
      • Logged In
      • Guest
      • All
    • Age
      • Any 
      • 18 - 24 yrs
      • 25 - 34 yrs
      • 35 - 44 yrs
      • 45 - 54 yrs
      • 55 - 64 yrs
      • 65 and over
    • Subscribed
      • Yes: Exports only users who have Email Opt-in set to true
      • No: Exports only users who have Email Opt-in set to false
      • All: Exports all users
  2. Once you've chosen your filters, click Generate Report.
  3. You'll receive an email with a link to download the CSV file containing your report.

What's included in the Customers report?

Note: this report will include limited details about Guests.

First Name Date Added
Last Name Total Orders
DOB Total Sales
Phone Email Opt-in
Email Order Status Texts

Customer Types

The Customers Report includes the following Customer Types:

  • Guest: Customers who haven't created a login for Dutchie Ecommerce. These users may not have email addresses in the report because the default settings do not require an email address. 
  • User/Logged In: Customers who have a login for Dutchie Ecommerce.
  • Imported: Customers that were imported on your behalf by Dutchie Support.
  • Manually Added: These are customers that you've added manually in the Customers table.
