Before you begin
Reach out to TechPOS to request the following:
- Your integration credentials. (Your credentials will be the URL for your location’s endpoint as well as your API Key.)
- WeightPerUnit, UnitOfMeasurement, and Brand fields be added to your location’s endpoint.
- The security team removes the default limitation of 5 packets of data.
Set up integration
Once you have received your integration credentials from TechPOS, send them to your Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Dutchie Support. They will initialize the integration and sync your menu.
Menu Sync integration information
Dutchie E-Commerce receives the following data from TechPOS:
- Product Name
- Brand
- Unit Weight
- Potency
- Description
- Category
- Price
- Variants
Orders and online payments
This integration does not support order syncing, which means orders from Dutchie E-Commerce must be manually created and processed in TechPOS.
If a customer pays for their order online, their payment will be reflected in Dutchie E-Commerce. Click the Orders tab and select an order to confirm the payment and view the payment details.
