Learn how to set up your GlobalTill + Dutchie E-Commerce integration.
Before you begin
Before you begin, you will need the following:
- Permission to manage integrations in Dutchie E-Commerce
- A subdomain - This can be found in the URL you use to log into GlobalTill.
- Note: Usually, the subdomain is “office”. If you are part of an enterprise account, you may have a custom subdomain.
- An API key
Integrate with GlobalTill
- Once you receive your API Key GlobalTill and note your Subdomain.
- Enter your credentials in the GlobalTill integration card in Dutchie E-Commerce admin located under Settings > Integrations > GlobalTill > Connect.
- After Dutchie E-Commerce receives the integration credentials, we'll initialize the integration and sync your menu.

Here is a list of the information we can pull from your GlobalTill inventory into Dutchie E-Commerce:
- Product Name
- Price
- Weight
- Strain Type
- Image
- Potency
- Brand
- Description
