Set up integration between POSaBIT and Dutchie E-Commerce.
Things to know
- Make sure you have user permissions to view and manage integrations in Dutchie E-Commerce.
Before you begin
Integrating with POSaBIT requires two pieces of information
- Create a Menu Feed, or re-use an existing feed.

Create an API Token.
Create a new Menu Feed
- Log into POSaBIT.
- Go to Inventory > Menu Feeds.
- Click New Menu Feed.
- Fill out the required fields, marked with asterisks, to create a new Menu Feed.

Click Save.
Create an API Token
- After all of your menu categories are set up, click Publish. A box will appear asking you to set an API token.
- Click on the “Create a new API token” link, or you can go to Settings > API Tokens.

Create a New API token by filling out the required fields, marked by asterisks, and then click Save.
Enter your API Key and Menu Feed Key in Dutchie E-Commerce
Enter your credentials in the POSaBIT integration card in Dutchie E-Commerce admin located under Settings > Integrations > POSaBIT > Connect.
After we have your API Key and Menu Feed Key, we'll initialize the integration and sync your menu.
Menu Sync Integration Information
Here is a list of the information we can pull from your POSaBIT inventory into Dutchie E-Commerce:
- Product Name
- Brand
- Price
- Weight
- Strain Type
- Description
- Category
- Potency (Inventory > Product Details > Edit > Test Results > THC and CBD in POSaBIT)
- Image
- Variants
Note: If you are having trouble with products syncing correctly, make sure that each product has the Brand, Strain, and Category filled in.
