  • Capitalization: Because Treez sends their product data over in all caps, Dutchie does what we can to format product and brand names automatically. These will be formatted to all lowercase, with the first letters of each word capitalized. We unfortunately are unable to identify acronyms and camelCased words, so these will be formatted similarly.
  • Rooms: We do support rooms, which Treez refers to as Locations. To specify which Treez locations to display on a Dutchie menu, enter the location name(s) separated by commas in the Integration Settings in Dutchie Admin.
  • Pricing tiers: Pre-pack price tiers are supported when the superadmin-only “Build weights from price tiers” feature flag is turned on in the Treez integration settings.
  • Syncing Frequency: The Treez menu integration syncs at 5-minute intervals.
  • Subcategories: Dutchie now pulls in the Treez Subtype and uses these to automatically map to Dutchie subcategories. The subtype can be found in [brackets] next to the name of the Treez category in the category mapping table.
  • Potency: As of 3/11/21, the full potency range is now pulled from Treez when available.
  • Treez Enterprise Product Management (EPM): Enterprise discount sync feature. When enabled, menu sync will store EPM SKUs on Treez products, used primarily for discount/specials sync. The Treez dispensary MUST be an EPM customer in order for this to work.

Delivery orders

Make sure your delivery order minimum in Treez matches your delivery minimum in Dutchie E-Commerce. A mismatch in order minimums could cause orders to be accepted in Dutchie E-Commerce but fail to sync to Treez, or could cause Dutchie E-Commerce not to accept an order that should be accepted.
