- Fill out the form and send it to support@getdutchie.com.
- A member of our team will reach out and confirm that we've received the form and relay the form to Flowhub to initialize integration sync.

Why aren't my loyalty points syncing from Dutchie?
As of now, Loyalty is not supported to sync from Dutchie E-Commerce to Flowhub. Therefore, discounts have to be applied manually in Flowhub. You do not need to apply the points in Dutchie, just add a matching discount. Apply the discount to customer cart in Flowhub, but do not redeem the points, because they've already been redeemed. It would be a matter of adjusting the price to match the E-Commerce ticket that prints from the order.
