Learn how to integrate Hubspot with Dutchie E-Commerce.
Hubspot is a Client Relationship Manager tool (CRM) that you can integrate with Dutchie. By integrating your Dutchie account with Hubspot you can capture insights from customer sales and make data-driven decisions on how to best market and nurture your customers.
After you set up your Hubspot integration, you can see each product and transaction made by a customer at your dispensary. You can also use Hubspot to track customers making purchases online, understand what products they are purchasing, and directly market to specific customers using automation.
Things to know
- Customer data can only be mapped to Hubspot Contact properties.
- Order data can only be mapped to Hubspot Deal properties.
- Product data can only be mapped to Hubspot Product or Line Item properties.
- You will need to set up a Hubspot account or use your existing account to enable this integration.
Set up Hubspot integration
- From the Dutchie E-Commerce admin page, go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click the Hubspot tile.
- Create an access token.
- Go to the Fields tab to set up your fields.
You can customize Hubspot and create custom object properties. You can map the data pulled from Dutchie E-Commerce fields to Hubspot properties.
To do this, Dutchie automatically pulls in all the properties that exist for the Contacts, Deals, Products, and Line Items objects and populates them in searchable fields in the table.

- Go to the Pipelines tab to set up your pipelines.
The Pipelines tab allows you to choose which pipeline you want to send your data to. You can also select which Hubspot stages Dutchie statuses should sync to. Learn more about Hubspot pipelines.
