How to edit brands in your integrated POS with Dutchie E-Commerce

Learn how to edit and add details to brands in your integrated point-of-sale system with Dutchie E-Commerce.

Things to know

  • When your Dutchie E-Commerce menu is integrated with your point-of-sale, your inventory will automatically sync to Dutchie E-Commerce. 
  • We recommend editing items directly in your POS with as many details as possible. 
  • Your customers will have the ability to filter products by Brand, and are more likely to order items that have complete information.
  • The consumer filter for Brand won't work if you are missing the brand field in your POS.
     

Determine which field to input the brand name in your POS

Once you've determined the appropriate field in your POS using the chart above, enter the brand name for each item into the field. The information should sync to your Dutchie E-Commerce menu within a few minutes.

If your POS doesn't have this field (for example Adilas), you'll want to keep the menu updated and manually add the brand in Dutchie E-Commerce.
