This article helps you with category mapping to make sure you menu items show up in the correct place.
When you integrate your POS, Dutchie E-Commerce will automatically pull in the categories/product types by which you've organized your inventory. You'll be able to map each to the appropriate category on Dutchie E-Commerce. For example, If you have a "Cartridges" category in your POS, you'll likely want that mapped to the "Vaporizers" category in Dutchie E-Commerce.
Things to consider
- If an entire Type from your POS is not appearing on Dutchie E-Commerce, go to your categories and verify that the correct Dutchie E-Commerce menu category is selected from the drop-down.
View and make changes to category mapping
To view your mappings and make changes, visit Settings > Integrations > Categories.
Hide Categories
If there are any categories you do not want to appear on Dutchie E-Commerce, select "Don't show on menu" from the drop-down.
