Item Menu Scores help indicate the completeness of information about products on your Dutchie E-Commerce menu. In this article, learn more about how these scores are calculated and how to improve them.
Items on the Dutchie E-Commerce menu are given individual Item Scores that can help you understand how complete the customer-facing information about the product is. The average of all active items with the scores is used to calculate the overall Menu Score.
Things to know
- Each item on your Dutchie E-Commerce menu is given an Item Score with a maximum of 5 points.
- This score helps you understand how complete the product information is. Dutchie will then take the average of all active item scores to calculate your overall Menu Score.
- Inactive items are not considered.
- Item and Menu Scores are not visible to customers and do not affect your customer-facing menu or item listings.
To view your Menu Score
- Go to your Dutchie E-Commerce Admin.
- View Menu Score in the upper right corner of the page.
- Hover over the Menu Score to view a breakdown by category.
Increase your Menu Score
To increase your menu score, locate items that have a low score, and add missing product information.
- Type: Select whether the product is Sativa, Indica, Hybrid, High CBD.
- Photo: Upload an image of the item.
- Potency: Add the THC and CBD values for the product.
- Description: Include a product description (50 characters or longer)
Sort by low scores
To see which items need improvement, start on the menu page, and click the Score column heading to sort by lowest scores first.
Improve items with low scores
When you click through an item, you'll find a Suggestions section below the item score with information about how to improve the item's score.
