Learn what Menu Scores are, how Dutchie calculates them, and how to raise them by completing product information, so that dispensary managers, marketing managers, and inventory specialists can see where menu content is incomplete.
Every item on your Dutchie E-Commerce menu receives an individual Item Score that reflects how complete the consumer-facing product information is. Dutchie averages the Item Scores of all active items to calculate your overall Menu Score. Scores are rounded down, so a score may appear lower than you expect.
Use these scores to find products with missing details and decide where to focus your effort. For example, a marketing manager can sort the menu to find products without photos, and an inventory specialist can check that potency values are entered for new products. A dispensary manager can use the overall Menu Score as a quick measure of menu completeness. The weekly Analytics report in Dutchie E-Commerce Admin also highlights the menu categories that score lowest, so you can see where to start.
