What limits apply to consumer spending using Pay by Bank powered by Plaid?

Pay by Bank has transaction limits to assist in fraud prevention and detection. Dutchie has monthly, weekly, and daily dollar amount and transaction count limits. 

If a limit is exceeded, Dutchie blocks the transaction from proceeding and alerts the user with the following message:  The transaction exceeds your daily, weekly, or monthly spending limit (V001-V015):  If a customer receives any of these declines it means that they have too many transaction attempts, failures or declines within the acceptable time frame.
