Leaf Trade + Dutchie POS integration guide

This article will teach you how to integrate Dutchie POS with Leaf Trade.

Things to consider

  • This is a one-way integration where Dutchie sends information to Leaf Trade.
  • API Key requests can take 1-2 days to retrieve. We recommend copying your Dutchie representative when reaching out to POS Support.  
  • Menu syncing occurs every 15 minutes. Newly added products will sync on this basis.   

Integration requirements

  • Leaf Trade users must request an API Key from Dutchie. Contact possupport@dutchie.com to request an API Key. 
  • Users need both a Leaf Trade and a Dutchie account to perform functions related to this integration. 

Integration workflow

To ensure Dutchie can import your products successfully, you’ll need to perform the following functions in the backoffice of Dutchie POS:

Setup an E-Commerce room

  1. Go to Settings > Rooms.
  2. Check the E-Commerce Room check box in the Room Type section. 
  3. Click Save.

Make products available online

  1. Go to Products > Catalog
  2. Select the product you want to make available. 
  3. Click the Online details tab. 
  4. Click the Available online toggle to Enabled

Create a Leaf Trade status

  1. Go to Products > Configure.
  2. Select the Inventory Statuses tabs.
  3. Click the Add status button.
  4. Enter Leaf Trade as your status name.
