Dutchie POS allows you to add shipping charges to a transfer manifest. When you add shipping charges you can see the entire cost of your transfer. 

Things to consider

• The necessary Location setting for this feature is set to ‘No’ by default. You must have the location setting ‘Populate receives with shipping charges from the transfer manifest’ enabled for the field to be visible on the manifest.  
• Adding shipping charges will impact the total cost of the manifest.

Add shipping charges to a new manifest

1. Go to Products > Manifest.
2. Click Add manifest.
3. Fill out the fields in the Create Manifest window. 
   Note: Select Transfer from the Type dropdown and the location you’re transferring to from the To Location dropdown. 
4. Click Create.
5. Select the newly created manifest from the list. 
6. From the Actions dropdown select Edit details. 
7. Add any cost to the Shipping charges field in the Edit details window.
   Note: If there are no charges to add, the shipping charges field on the manifest will default to zero and read as Null on when you receive the inventory. 
8. Click Save.
9. Click Add item to add any products to the manifest. 
10. From the Actions dropdown, select Complete Order. 

Add shipping charges to an existing manifest

1. Go to Products > Manifest.
2. Click the manifest you want to add charges to.
3. From the Actions dropdown select Edit details. 
4. Add the cost to the Shipping charges field in the Edit details window.
   Note: If there are no charges to add, the shipping charges field on the manifest will default to zero and read as Null on when you receive the inventory. 
5. Click Save.
6. Click Add item to add any products to the manifest. 
7. From the Actions dropdown, select Complete Order.
