What is a Z report?
The Z Report is a detailed printout of your transaction history at the register. It will let you know specific sales data connected to your register such as if your total cash is over or under the amount that the POS has recorded in cash sales, what types of transactions and customers were processed at the register, and more.
Print the Z Report automatically at closeout
- From the register click the Cash Management icon.
- Click the Print Z report at closeout toggle.
- When you closeout the register, the Z report will print.
You can print last Z report by clicking the Reprint last Z report button.
