Things to consider

• Certain settings need to be enabled to perform the tasks mentioned in this document. Contact your Dutchie Administrator to ensure you have the necessary settings enabled.
• You must have the Dutchie POS + Springbig integration enabled. 

Link an offer

1. Create an offer or reward in Springbig. 
2. In Dutchie POS, go to Marketing > Discounts.
3. Click Create Discount.
4. Fill out the discount details. In the Application Method dropdown, choose By Springbig.
5. Select the Springbig Offer/Reward you want to link to this Dutchie POS discount. 
   
   Note: The dropdown will contain the name of each offer/reward you have created in your Springbig account. 
   Selecting the name of the reward establishes the link between the Springbig reward/offer and the Dutchie POS discount. 

Springbig data mapping

When you link a Springbig offer or reward to a Dutchie POS discount, the following data fields are shared from Springbig to Dutchie POS:

• Reward/Offer Name
• Springbig Reward_ID
• Discount amount
• Discount type
• Expiration date
