In some cases, Metrc-integrated operators may need to delete a pending Metrc transfer instead of receiving it into Dutchie POS. Learn how to in this article.
For example, if you want to transfer packages from Store A to be temporarily held at Store B before being moved to their final destination, Store C, you can manifest them directly from Store A to Store C in Dutchie POS.
For compliance purposes, you must indicate in Metrc that the packages have moved from Store A to Store B, which triggers an unnecessary pending Metrc transfer to appear in Dutchie POS under Store B.
Users with the required permission can delete any Metrc pending transfer that they don’t intend to receive in Dutchie POS but should be careful not to delete any pending transfers that are intended for their location.
Set permissions
