No. You can create and update multiple locations with a single token, but there are restrictions. 

1. You have to use the following urn structure:
   1. urn:anything:anything:LSP:Location:GroupName
      Note: The urn structure must end with lsp:location:groupname. It can have any identifiers before these 3.

2. All LSPs must have the same Entity ID on their SSO configuration. This lets Dutchie know all LSPs are managed by the same Identity Provider.
