Comprehensive search:

  • Uses full word search, not partial word search
  • Includes titles, body text, and labels

Narrow search results by product

By default, the search results page returns articles from all of Dutchie's supported products and services. If you are looking for results for a specific product, click its category in the sidebar.

Use advanced search options to narrow search results

You can narrow your search result by using these additional options.

Action How to Example
Find multiple words Use double quotes (") around each word to find content that contains all those words. For example, "article" "title" "section" "author" retrieves content that contains all four words, in any order. Note: make sure you put spaces between the search words or they won’t be searched separately.
Find a phrase Use double quotes (") around a phrase to find content that exactly matches a phrase. For example, "article title" retrieves all content that contains the words article and title, in that order.
Exclude results containing certain word Use the minus symbol (-) in front of the search term to exclude articles that contain that word from your search. For example, reporting bugs -support returns content containing the words reporting and bugs, but excludes those that contain the word support from the result set.
Combine actions for advanced search Combine the above actions to narrow your results even further For example,"reporting bugs" -support returns hits for content that contains both the words reporting and bugs, but does not contain the word support.

What are content tags and how are they used?

Content tags are terms assigned to articles to group them by a common attribute or theme. Content tags appear as a link in the Related to section at the bottom of the page. You can click the tag to view a search page displaying all other content in the help center with the same tag.

For example, the image shows an article with the assigned tag, Budtender Toolkit. If you click the link, the search results page will yield all of the help center content with the same tag.
