Print labels before making an item ready for sale. Labels can be printed in bulk or individually from the Inventory module of Dutchie Backoffice. Barcodes can also be downloaded directly without printing labels.
Go to Products > Inventory in Dutchie Backoffice.
Things to know
- The bulk inventory action is called “Print.” The individual inventory action is called “Print Labels.”
- Label print in the order that the packages appear and are selected in the Inventory management screen.
Print labels in bulk
- Go to Products > Inventory.
- Select the packages you want to print labels for.
- Click the Bulk actions dropdown, and select Print.
- Choose the label, printer, and quantity in the popup screen.
Note: If you want to preview before printing the label, click Print preview - Click Print to print your labels.
Print labels individually
- Go to Products > Inventory.
- Click through the SKU of the inventory you want to print labels for from the inventory list.
- From the next screen, click the Actions button, and select Print Labels.
- Choose the label, printer, and quantity in the popup screen.
Note: If you want to preview before printing the label, click Print preview - Click Print to print your labels.
Print labels during the receiving process
After clicking Receive, a Packages successfully received dialog appears, from which you can print labels for the inventory you just received.
- Click Print labels.
- Choose a Label type.
- Choose a Printer.
- Enter the Quantity of labels you want to print for each package. Enter 0 if you don't need labels for a certain package.
- Click Print preview to download a PDF file that shows a preview of your labels.
- Click Print to print all labels.
You can also print labels later for any inventory item:
- Go to Products > Inventory.
- Find an item in the inventory table and click the ellipsis on the right.
- Select Print labels.
Download barcodes as SVG
To use a package's barcode somewhere other than a label, you can instead download the barcode itself as a scalable vector graphics (SVG) file. Select one or more packages and then click Download barcode(s) from the Print labels modal:
