If you are encountering issues with your Biotrack | Dutchie POS integration, you should reach out to Biotrack first to confirm your setting are correct before contacting the Dutchie Support team.

Dutchie integrates with Biotrack to increase operational stability between your cannabis operation and your state compliance needs. With the Dutchie + Biotrack integration you can:

  • Automatically record compliance information and report it to Biotrack.
  • Use Dutchie POS to sublot packages and move inventory, see Sublot a package in Dutchie POS.
  • Send inventory adjustments to Biotrack in real-time.

Integration requirements

  • Certain settings need to be enabled by Dutchie in order to use the Biotrack integration. Reach out to your Dutchie Administrator for assistance with settings.
  • In order to use Biotrack, you must be operating in a state that uses Biotrack as its state traceability system.
  • If you’re using Biotrack you are required to select an External Category for products in your catalog.
  • Have the Biotrack integration enabled in the backoffice.

Enable Biotrack 

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Biotrack.
  3. Select the Settings tab.
  4. Configure settings fields; see Configure Biotrack settings.
  5. Click Update
