Answer

If you receive inventory in Biotrack first, it will make the pending transfer in Dutchie Null and prevent you from receiving it. Once inventory is Null, you’ll have to manually receive the inventory in the backoffice or use the Bulk upload CSV feature. 

Biotrack users do not need to take any action in Biotrack to receive inventory in Dutchie. When a vendor sends the manifest it is automatically available in the Pending transfers tool.
