Metrc permissions overview

If you don't have the correct permissions in Metrc, Dutchie POS may not be able to report your sales and adjustments to Metrc and you could be out of compliance. This article provides an overview of how to verify and update user permissions in Metrc.

View and edit Metrc permissions

  1. Log in to Metrc.
  2. Select Admin > Employees. If you don't see this menu, ask your Manager to finish this for you.
  3. Select your name.
  4. Select Edit Employee.
  5. Make sure you have these permissions, depending on whether you are a manager or budtender:
