View the receive history, the package history, and the transaction history of inventory packages in Dutchie POS

View receive history

The receive history function in Dutchie POS makes it possible for you to view information about a package you have received into your inventory. To view receive history:

  1. Go to Products > Inventory.
  2. Check the box next to inventory you want to see the receive history for.

  3. Click the receive history button in the inventory module.

  4. A popup will appear with the receive history. Click the cog wheel to edit the column configuration and choose which data columns appear in the list.

View package history

The package history function provides general information about actions related to a package. It allows you to specifically track actions for that “package ID” that deducts/increases the quantity of an item. To view the package history:

Note: If you change the package ID you will lose the history for that package. 

  1. Go to Products > Inventory.
  2. Click through the inventory you want to view the history for.

  3. From the inventory details screen, click the History button.

  4. A popup will appear with the package history. Click the cog wheel to edit the table settings and choose which data columns appear in the list.

View transaction history

The view transaction history function displays all transactions associated with the inventory package. To view the transaction history:

  1. Go to Products > Inventory.
  2. Choose the inventory you want to see the transaction history for.
  3. From the inventory details screen, click the actions button and choose Transactions option.

  4. A popup will appear with information about all transactions associated with this package.
