Manage your account information, account passwords, and users from the Dutchie Connect Settings

You can edit information in your account, manage passwords and security settings, and manage users from the Settings page in Connect .

Things to know

• You may notice a “+brandportal” or "+connect" addition to your login email. This addition is to differentiate from an existing Dutchie account that uses the same email address, usually either as a customer or as an E-Commerce user.
• A new user will have 7 days from the time of receiving the email about their account to join the portal and set a password.

Update your account information

Go to Settings > My Account to update your personal account information and change your password.

Account Information

• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone Number

Password and Security

• Current Password
• Email
• New Password
• Confirm Password

Manage and update Users

Go to Settings > Users to view, add, and edit users.

Fields you can view from the Users screen:

• Name - User name
• Email - User email
• Phone - User phone number
• Parent Brand - Parent brand associated with the user
• Role - User or Admin role

Add a user

1. Click Add User.
2. Fill out the following fields:
   • First Name - User’s first name
   • Last Name - User’s last name
   • Email - User’s email address
   • Phone Number - User’s phone number
   • Brand - Select a brand to associate with this user
3. Click Save to create the user.

Edit a user

1. Click the user’s name in the Users table.
2. Edit any of the following fields:
   • First Name - User’s first name
   • Last Name - User’s last name
   • Email - User’s email address
   • Phone Number - User’s phone number
   • Brand - Select a brand to associate with this user
3. Click Save.
