How to fix "No Strain" on Dutchie POS labels

Learn how to resolve "No Strain" printed on labels printed from Dutchie POS.

The strain that appears on printed labels comes from the batch associated with the package, not from the product Catalog. If “No Strain” appears on labels printed from Dutchie POS, this is because no strain has been selected for the batch.

To fix this issue, identify the batch and then assign the correct strain to it:

  1. Go to Products > Inventory and select the item in question.
  2. In the Basic information section, copy the Batch name to your clipboard.

  3. Go to Cultivation > Batches and paste the batch name into the search bar.
  4. Click the 3 dots to the right of the batch and choose Edit / close.

  5. Choose a Strain.
