Submit a PMP zero report through the PMP Clearinghouse

PMP zero report submissions via Dutchie POS’s PMP integration may sometimes fail due to an issue on the PMP side.

When this happens, you will need to submit the zero report manually in PMP, as Dutchie POS Support cannot assist with this issue. 

For state-specific instructions for manually submitting a zero report, download your state’s dispenser guide from the PMP Clearinghouse, and follow the steps for creating and submitting zero reports.
