Fix mistakes that occur during Metrc integration audits and inventory conversions in Dutchie POS.
If you notice a mistake during an integration audit, or if you make a mistake while doing a conversion, you can undo it by changing the product in the Catalog.
- Go Products > Catalog.
- Select the product you want to fix.
- In the Grams/concentrate field, enter the correct amount of product.
- Click Save.
- Go to Products Inventory.
- Find the product you just changed in the Catalog.
- Click the three dots … and select Change Product.
- In the Change product window, select the product from the Catalog.
- Click Change.
