Learn how to delete an open manifest in Dutchie POS.

Before deleting a manifest all products need to be removed from the manifest and need allocations made to those products to be removed. To confirm if there are products in the manifest:

  1. Go to Products > Inventory.
  2. Click Receive Inventory
  3. Select the manifest you want from the Pending Transfers dropdown. 
  4. Navigate to the bottom to see any associated products. 
  5. If products exist, click the three dots next to the product and select Delete

Remove allocation

Locate the products on the manifest that need to be deleted. Remove any allocations associated with the products. This can be done by following these steps:

  1. Go to Products > Inventory.  
  2. Click the three dots next to the product.
  3. Select Manage Allocations.
  4. In the Manage Allocation window, click the three dots and select Delete
  5. Once the allocations have been removed, the manifest can be deleted, see Manage Manifest.
