Multicategory flower equivalencies for hybrid purchase limits in Dutchie POS

Multicategory flower equivalencies allow operators in states with hybrid purchase limits, such as California and Arizona, to configure a product to count against multiple purchase limit categories.

For example, a pre-roll with 1g of flower dipped in concentrate with a 2g flower equivalent can be configured to reduce the overall purchase limit by 2g and the flower-specific limit by only 1g.
