How to update your environment on Elo devices
If you’re currently using Elo devices, you must log out of your devices after the migration and select the appropriate region that the location was moved into.
Here’s a quick overview to navigate this
We will deploy an in-app message to your devices showcasing your new URL or Region when logging into your old environment.
Step-by-step instructions
- Enter your Region. Your Region name appears just after https:// in the URL you use to sign in to the Register on a computer.

Tap Change Region.

Locate your new environment name. (This was included in the in-app messaging.) select and save these details.
- Log in with your Dutchie POS username and password.
