In states like Massachusetts and New York where cannabis discounts cannot be advertised to customers, dispensaries need the option to hide all discount promotions on the menu. In Dutchie E-Commerce, you can keep discounts from the customers' view and avoid non-compliant messaging by adjusting compliance settings.
Things to know
- Make sure that you have the appropriate permissions to make changes to E-Commerce settings.
- This setting applies only to embedded menus, not Dutchie Plus.
- The Hide all discount promotions on menu and Use compliance-friendly language settings will show all discounted prices as if they are full, regular prices, instead of showing the full, regular price and the amount discounted.
Enable Hide all discount promotions on the menu
- Go to Settings > Store Menu in Dutchie E-Commerce Admin.
- Check the box for Hide all discount promotions on menu and / or Use compliance-friendly language settings
- Click Publish. It may take 10-15 minutes for this setting to take full effect on your menu.
