Florida | BioTrack receipt audit - Dutchie POS
This article applies to Dutchie POS.
Receipt audit allows you to view and compare the receipts of transactions recorded in Dutchie POS and BioTrack to identify potential discrepancies and – if necessary – re-post receipts to BioTrack if Dutchie POS and BioTrack aren’t in sync.
Things to know
- This feature is currently only available to Florida operators integrated with BioTrack. Florida’s integration is built on BioTrack’s 4.0 API, which doesn’t have a user interface that operators can log into and view what has been reported to BioTrack like they can in other markets.
- This feature requires the View Receipt Audit and Post Receipts To State permissions.
- Because BioTrack doesn’t allow backdating receipts, when you repost a receipt in Dutchie POS, the transaction date is reported to BioTrack as the date you reposted it. Dutchie POS will still reflect the actual date of the transaction. Thus, when reposting receipts, inform accountants, compliance officers, etc. that there will be a date discrepancy for the reposted receipt(s).
