Dutchie Ecommerce integrates with DOMO to automate the menu synchronization process for dispensaries in Pennsylvania. This integration eliminates the need for manual menu updates by automatically syncing inventory data from MJF to Dutchie Ecommerce every 30 minutes.
Things to consider
- You must have appropriate settings permissions on your Dutchie Ecommerce user account to manage integrations. Please see your account administrator to update your account.
- DOMO has to be configured for each location to export emails to inbound+<dispensaryId>@inbound.dutchiemenus.com
- Every 30 minutes, we’ll sync the most recent CSV file that Domo sent to us via email
- Emails will be rejected by SES unless they come from @dutchie.com or @domo.com
Enable in Dutchie Ecommerce
To enable the DOMO integration in Dutchie Ecommerce, go to Admin > Settings > Integrations > Domo.
Configure DOMO settings
- Log in to your DOMO account.
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Configure Domo to export emails to inbound+dispensaryID@inbound.dutchiemenus.com.
- Each email must contain the Dutchie Ecomm DispensaryID in the Subject Line.
Example:
Activate DOMO
- Go to Settings > Integrations > DOMO.
- Click Connect to connect your Dutchie Ecommerce menu with your DOMO inventory.
- Once connected, you can configure your categories so that your items show up in the correct menu sections.
- Click Save.
In addition to configuring your categories, you’ll also need to configure your quantity thresholds. This ensures that when an item reaches a quantity threshold in DOMO it will be removed from your Dutchie Menu. Click Edit next to the category to set thresholds.
