Dutchie POS has an optional feature that allows you to define different label templates for each customer type within each product category or for specific products. Contact support to enable this feature.
Set up automatic label printing by category
- Go to Products > Configure.
- From the Categories tab, click on a category.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to Label assignments.
- For each customer type, select a Default label type to print for this category and indicate whether to Auto print labels.

- Go to Products > Catalog and select a product.
- On the Label settings tab, select a Default label type to print for this product and indicate whether to Auto print labels.
