Switch from a 3rd party loyalty program to Dutchie POS Loyalty & Marketing Pro

Learn how to move from a third-party to Dutchie Loyalty & Marketing Pro.

If you are interested in making a switch to Dutchie POS Loyalty & Marketing Pro from a third-party loyalty program currently integrated with Dutchie, contact your CSM.

This process requires assistance from Dutchie to ensure you are set up properly. Below are a few steps you can take to facilitate this process.

  1. Export your loyalty data from the current third-party vendor. This is done by following the export process for your loyalty provider.
  2. Important: Dutchie will export your loyalty points from Dutchie Backoffice and you’ll need to match the exported Dutchie file to the third-party file using one or more of the following criteria:
    • State ID
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email
    • Add the correct loyalty points balance for each customer record in the Dutchie POS file.
Note: Dutchie POS assigns a redemption rate of $1 per point. If the third-party program uses a different rate, you must calculate and adjust the point balances before importing into Dutchie to avoid unrealistic values (e.g., converting 50,000 points into $50,000 dollars). Your CSM can help you with this process to avoid errors and miscalculations.
  3. Once this is done, Dutchie will import the update file.
