Send a test campaign email with Dutchie Loyalty & Marketing Pro

We recommend using email warm up practices to establish and protect sender reputation. Email warm up helps ensure high deliverability, avoid spam folders and builds trust for your IP address. Visit our email warmup for more information

To confirm your campaign is set up properly, we recommend sending a test email campaign to verify your things look the way you want, and your links are directing correctly. To send a test email:

  1. Set the campaign email up as you would for the final email. Include templates, links, and images using the campaign builder, see Build Loyalty and Marketing campaigns
  2. Click the three dots ... in the upper right of the Build content step.

  3. Select Send test email and enter the email you want to send the test email to.
    Note: Be sure you have access to this email, and you can open and review the email.

  4. Click Send.

Troubleshooting: Test messages not sending

  • Integration is not setup properly. Check API key, other settings

  • Phone number was input incorrectly. Try sending another test message
