Learn how to set up your DNS for Loyalty & Marketing Pro.
You’ll need to set up a Domain Name System (DNS) before launching a Loyalty & Marketing campaign with Dutchie. DNS records are essentially an alphabetic version of an IP address. This makes it possible for you to sends emails and perform other necessary tasks on the internet.
Things to consider
- Dutchie request you to set up DNS records for your domain with your website provider or IT team.
- We recommend having DNS records setup at least 48 hours prior to launching your first campaign.
Set up DNS records
- Follow the Sendgrid link in the DNS Record Setup email received from Dutchie.
- Enter the DNS records into the DNS settings for your website domain.
- Once the records are added, notify Dutchie for validation.
