Troubleshooting: Inactive collection products still showing in DPOS/Register

Collections marked "Inactive" for the current day/time may still display their products in the POS/Register. The "Inactive" status indicator reflects scheduling and primarily affects online (Ecomm) display. It does not automatically hide products from the in-store Register view.

Note: Making a collection inactive just affects visibility of the collection itself and not of the products within it.

How to fix it

  • Uncheck all days in "Schedule Days and Hours," or set a past end date, to fully remove collection products from the Register.
  • The "Inactive for current day or time" label is informational only and does not prevent in-store visibility.
