What's changing in the Kiosk UX?
At checkout, customers will now see a clear, distinct choice between Paying Now with Pay by Bank and Paying at The Counter. Opting for "Pay Now" guides consumers to complete their transaction securely on their mobile device, with Budtenders finalizing the order at the register.
It is designed to have clearer communication of payment options communication, drive higher cashless adoption and significantly boost your average order value (AOV).
We will be rolling this out across locations throughout June and July.
