Problem

The flower equivalency for a specific product, does not update correctly in Dutchie POS. For example, despite attempting to change the flower equivalency from 19.25 to 5.5 in the catalog and even creating a new product, Dutchie POS consistently displays the old 19.25 value, affecting online orders.

Solution

To resolve the problem, enable the "Med flower equivalent" field to "show" under Backoffice > Product > Configure > Fields > Package Detail

This makes the "Rec flower equivalency" field visible and editable at the inventory level. Once this field is updated, the correct equivalency will reflect in the POS and online orders.
