Existing Pay by Bank Customer Indicator on Dutchie POS
- The POS register will now identify existing Pay by Bank customers in the checkout flow once the "Checkout" button has been selected and the payment options panel opens. Your team will find a green highlighted banner appear just above the payment options with a check mark stating "Customer has a linked bank account".
- What impact will this have? Stores that have the most success with Pay by Bank are the ones that talk about it with their customer base frequently. Budtenders will now be able to promote Pay by Bank for in-store orders with ease and an assumptive close.
"I can finalize your order using your linked Pay by bank account when you are ready."
Effortless Account Relinking
- Email addresses change, or customers may forget what email was used for their Pay by Bank profile, which could result in errors at checkout. Now, if a Pay by Bank customer has a new email address, a new profile, or needs to be re-linked, a simple "Relink" button will appear during the checkout flow for your budtenders to select. This will trigger the profile linking process via barcode scan, allowing for quick and seamless relinking for a seamless checkout experience.
Improved Scanner Functionality for Pay by Bank Barcodes
- Pay by Bank barcode scanning functionality is now more efficient and accurate than ever. Feel confident in providing a smooth and fast in-store payment experience every time without having to manually input a code!
- What impact will this have? If your team has been using manual code entry for Pay by Bank, we understand every click or touch on the POS extends the checkout process. With enhanced scanning functionality, checkout times for Pay by Bank orders will be even faster - reducing long wait times at the registers and improving your showroom or sales-floor traffic flow.
