Dutchie's asset management tool allows chain operators to manage banners, logos, and category images across all locations from a single dashboard, ensuring brand consistency while saving you time.
Access your Enterprise Assets
The Enterprise Assets dashboard is only available to users with chain-level access (operators managing more than one location). Learn more.
- Log in to Dutchie E-Commerce admin and click All Locations near the bottom left to access your chain admin view.
- Select Assets.
Dashboard overview
The Overview tab provides a high-level summary of your content across all locations:
- Filters: Use the All States and All Statuses (Open/Closed) dropdowns to narrow your view.
- Asset Summary: View total counts for Locations, Image Banners, Text Banners, Category Images, and Logos.
- Location Breakdown: See specific counts for each dispensary, organized by state.
Manage Image Banners
The Image Banners tab allows you to reorder, edit, and distribute visual banners that you’ve already added to at least one location. To add a new banner, go to Customize > Image Banner in any location. Once you’ve uploaded a banner, it can be managed from the Enterprise Assets dashboard.
- Reorder: Click and drag the three horizontal lines on the bottom rightof a banner card to change its display order for a specific location.
- Click Edit to change a banner’s platform visibility (Web, Kiosk, Mobile App), link behavior (open in new tab or in current tab), or Alt Text.
- Copy: Select the checkbox on one or more banners, then click Copy all to locations to choose locations or entire states to copy the image banner to. Or, select Copy on a specific banner to copy only that banner.
You can also schedule a banner to appear on a given date and time for a specific location, but not for multiple locations at the chain level.
Manage Text Banners
Select the Text Banners tab to manage promotional text (e.g., "10% off delivery orders") and background colors. Like image banners, these can be edited locally or copied in bulk to other locations.
Manage Category Images
Select the Category Images tab to standardize the look of your menu categories (e.g., Flower, Edibles, Concentrates). You can select images from one location and sync/copy them across the rest of your chain.
Manage Logos
The Logos tab handles various branding assets, including:
- Main Logo: Displays on the homepage and checkout.
- Embedded Logo: For menus embedded on your own website.
- Specials Logo: Used in promotional headers.
- List/Banner Images: Used for dispensary listings and mobile headers.
