This article covers customization options for the upper and lower navigation bars in your Dutchie Mobile App.
Things to know
- This feature requires the Store Settings permission.
- If you have multiple locations, you can publish menu customizations to apply to all locations. Click the Apply to all locations button, or after making a change, you'll see a prompt to publish to all locations.
- These settings only apply to your Mobile App. See Customize your menu theme, colors, and fonts in Dutchie E-Commerce to customize the theme of your standard web-based menu.
Customize your Mobile App theme
- In Dutchie E-Commerce Admin, go to Customize > Theme.
- Scroll to the Mobile App section.
- Choose colors for your:
- Navigation Bar (upper bar)
- Tab Bar (lower bar)
- Active Tab (currently viewed tab in lower bar)
- Inactive Tab (other tabs in lower bar)
- To add your specific brand colors, click +Add next to Custom Colors and use the color picker or enter a Hex Code.
- You can upload a Navigation Image that will appear in the Navigation Bar at the top. This should be 500 pixels by 500 pixels, one color with no background, and in .png format.
- You can also customize the labels in your tab bar if you want something other than the default labels (Shop, Specials, Cart, Account).
- Click the Mobile App tab to preview your selections.
- Publish (to current location) or Publish to All Locations. You can also select Apply to other locations in the upper right to apply existing settings to other locations.
