Things to know
- You must have Dutchie Point of Sale loyalty integration enabled.
- You must have at least one dispensary set to “Active” (this means one location using E-Commerce must be live).
- You must have Enterprise Admin permissions to access these settings, so you can access enrollment for all locations.
- Loyalty program descriptions and terms and conditions are fully customizable.
- The "Shop now" button can be directed to any URL of your choice.
Configure and share the loyalty sign-up form
From Dutchie E-Commerce admin go to All Locations > Settings > Enrollment.
Note: You will see the All Locations button only if you have a chain. If you do not have this button, you should reach out to the Dutchie Support team to request that your location(s) be added to an Enterprise Chain.
From here you can customize the URL where the user lands, link to terms and conditions and privacy policies, add a display name, and description.
Fill out these fields and click SAVE SETTINGS to save.
Share the loyalty sign-up form
Once you configure the form, you can distribute it to consumers through digital or physical channels.
- Copy link: Use this link to add a sign-up button to your website or include it in email marketing.
- Download QR code: Use this for printed assets in-store or at physical events to allow consumers to sign up on their mobile devices.
What does the customer see?
When a consumer accesses the sign-up form through the custom link or QR code, they will follow these steps:
- Select state: If your retail operation exists in multiple states, the consumer will select their state. If you operate in only one state, it will be preselected.
- Review terms: The consumer will review your custom terms, privacy policy, and program description.
- Create account: The consumer is prompted to create an account using their email.
- Loyalty widget: After signing up, the consumer lands on the loyalty widget. This displays their earned points, the program name, and the Shop now link.
Note: Widget colors may be dependent on the most common hex code used in the buttons and links section in the theme at your locations. Learn more about menu customization.
